If you are a mom: Join the #PhoneCallsNotFlowers campaign by asking your loved ones to give the gift of action this Mother's day.  Check out our instagram for posts you can share and ideas for reels, and see below for some images you can save to use on your feed & a sample caption.

If you love a mom: Let the moms in your life know that you made calls by using one of our templates.  

For everyone: We want to drive as many calls as possible to Congress on this, so we hope everyone will call or email their reps to ask for action to end gun violence!

Text your besties: We all more likely to do something if personally asked.  Invite your besties to ask for #PhoneCallsNotFlowers this Mother's Day - send a DM, text the group chat or post on your fave facebook group. 

Get to know your legislators: Find and follow your elected representatives on social media so you can get to know them better, find out where they stand on issues that are important to you & learn about opportunities to talk to them IRL.

State Advocacy: While it's important to pass federal legislation to curb gun violence, State-level laws are also critical! Find a state-level instagram or advocacy group that you can join to learn more about what's happening in your State.  Moms Demand is always a good place to start!

Sustainable engagement:  Figure out a way to consume political news in a way that is sustainable for you.  Being informed is a civic action!
